I work in a solution focused way coaching individuals and teams and helping them make direct progress in the direction they want. Progress talk is about asking certain questions and "connecting" responses in such a way that progress is quicker and more direct than by traditional problem solving approaches or “around the houses" pep talks and chats.

How I work
My clients are varied individuals with personal issues such as stress performance and career goals & “problems” . Careers include IT professional sales and business development individuals, and Accountants and Venture Capital professionals working in London.
I achieve results as a one to one coach and I think this is mainly because I stick to a few important coaching principles:
You are listened to properly
Right the way through a project; it is at the core of my approach to solving human problems. I listen to identify ways of moving you forward, of focusing on solutions and making small yet significant progress.
You are treated individually
I provide my expertise as a thinking partner, coach & collaborator . I will help you to generate your own fresh ideas, test out your own thinking, clarify your strategy and then critically I’ll be there as you work towards the solution.
You pay for a monthly session but ….
I charge monthly for face to face coaching sessions but I don’t run by the clock. What that means is that firstly I don’t rush our sessions by stopping on the hour or charging as some providers do on a 15 minute by minute basis. Secondly I am available by phone, by e-mail in between sessions to work on and implement solutions. Lastly I don’t treat my clients as sole monthly visit but as an ongoing project of development and progress. So I have fewer clients but long term ongoing relationships.
One individual session is generally how the personal coaching process starts. Plus there is a 100% refund guarantee on the first session, so there is no risk for you.
Flexibility
In a tougher economic market, for geographical reasons and also for smaller companies, many individuals need and want first rate development within a limited budget so I offer cost effective coaching alternatives, namely telephone and e-mail .
