Outcomes could address: improving leadership or management capability within an educational setting, improving well being and resilience, performance, developing a common performance language, behaviour management, embedding new behaviours, peer reviews and development, coaching and mentoring capabilities, culture change.

working a few months after initial training in order to ensure successful real life implementation, plus also to cover any additional issues...
Brief one to one
As above but individual training coaching and supervision in using Progress talk and thinking method as the driver for school improvement, improving management and leadership styles by acquiring and applying Progress talk and thinking skills. Sessions 45 - 60 minutes.
These can also be combined with telephone and email sessions.
